We are currently seeing patients in all office locations. Patients and staff are required to wear a mask at all times regardless of vaccination status. Only 1 visitor is allowed in the office with a patient. Please do not come to the office if you experience a cough, headache, fever, runny nose, loss of taste or smell, any symptoms of the coronavirus or have tested positive for COVID within the last 14 days. Please call and request a telehealth video conferencing appointment or reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms or test positive. The safety of our patients and staff is our priority.
